I have been interested in holistic health treatments for some time which is what drew me to this course, but have found it quite a vast and daunting subject. This course has regenerated my interest and the reading and research has furthered my knowledge and inclination to do some more. I have already purchased a few items and will be looking to get some more. This course has raised my awareness on some of the alternative health options, thank you.

I have found the course interesting to work through and I have learnt a lot. I will be incorporating the knowledge I have gained in looking after my own dogs and if I am honest I have also adopted some of the healing methods to help alleviate the symptoms of my own arthritis! The section on magnet therapy in Unit Two has been something of a life saver for me. I was struggling with a very swollen and painful joint on my wedding ring finger, so much so that I could no longer wear a wedding ring. Having explored the research behind magnet therapy I have purchased a magnetic ring which having worn for about two weeks I have noticed that both the swelling and the pain have been reduced significantly!
